Gi is the second aspect of Shin Gi Tai.

The Mind aspect is contained in Shin.

The Skill aspect has the following parts:

1. Katachi, which is contained in Tai 2. Technique

Technique cannot be practiced, it stems directly from Katachi, which is part of basic Keiko.
